How to Select Healthy Toothpaste ??

Have you ever seen the color bar at the bottom of toothpaste tube befor buying it ?? 

There are mainly 3 Color bar on Toothpaste Tubes which indicate its Ingriedents:-

• Green: natural
• Blue : Natural + Medicine 
• Red : Natural + Chemical composition
• Black : pure chemical.

We can consult a Dentist to know which toothpaste will be best for us.
Some people claims that Red/Black color toothpaste are harmful for health,but it is not so because there are several chemicals that occur naturally and are perfectly OK for human consumption.We should prefer Green and Blue tube over others but that does’nt mean that others are harmful.Each tube is made for differnet purpose like some for remove plaque build up, or make gum strong ,for that you can also see its ingredients.
